Fiesta de Solano is an annual summer event hosted by San Francisco Solano Catholic in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. It’s a two-day community festival featuring live music, food vendors, carnival rides, game booths, and family-friendly activities. The event serves as a way to bring together both the parish and the wider local community, offering a fun atmosphere while also helping raise funds to support church ministries and programs. It’s free to attend, with food, rides, and games available for purchase, and has become one of the church’s biggest and most popular events each year.
NEW THIS YEAR:
This year’s Fiesta de Solano is bigger and better than ever, once again taking over both Solano’s parking lot and Santa Margarita Catholic High School’s parking lot after being held in a smaller space the past few years. But the biggest news is the RETURN OF RIDES! After almost 7 years — last seen in 2018 — the carnival rides are finally back. They’ve been one of the most requested parts of Fiesta, and we’re excited to bring them back for everyone to enjoy again this summer.

While Fiesta is hosted by Solano Catholic Church, it’s not a church event — it’s a community celebration for all of Rancho Santa Margarita. This year, we’re going bigger than ever, with a focus on bringing our entire city together for one epic weekend. Whether you attend Solano or have never stepped foot on campus, you’re invited. This is a party for the whole RSM family — and we can’t wait to see you there!
